A straightforward patio or driveway typically takes 3–5 days. Decks and fencing are usually 1–2 weeks. Full property transformations with multiple elements can take 2–4 weeks. We're based in Oakville and serve the entire GTA — Burlington, Milton, Mississauga, Hamilton, Brampton, Georgetown, Waterdown, and surrounding areas. Most of our residential work is within a 45-minute radius of Oakville, but we'll go further for the right project. Our commercial division covers the full Greater Toronto Area.

Yes. If your project requires a building permit — most decks and some retaining walls do — we handle the entire permit process. We prepare the drawings, submit the application, and schedule the inspections. You don't have to deal with the city. Everything we build meets or exceeds Ontario Building Code requirements.

Our season runs April through November, with peak demand from May to September. The best time to call is late winter or early spring — that way you're first in the schedule when the ground thaws. Fully licensed and carrying $5M in commercial liability insurance. We've maintained continuous coverage for over 30 years. We also carry WSIB coverage for our entire crew. If a contractor can't show you their insurance certificate before starting work on your property, that's a red flag. We'll show you ours before we even give you a quote.

No. Never. Every person on your job site is a full-time Total Landscaping Services crew member. We don't hire day labour, we don't subcontract to random crews, and we don't outsource any part of your project.
